Double Bay Welcomes One of Australia’s Largest Pet Care Hubs

Sydney’s Double Bay is now home to one of the country’s biggest pet care destinations, with Petstock launching a flagship store that places animal health and wellbeing at its core.

The new location brings together veterinary services, curated nutrition, and tailored advice under one roof, designed to serve the growing number of pet owners in the Eastern Suburbs.

Health and wellbeing at the centre

Alongside the flagship store launch, Petstock has introduced a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Centre in Double Bay. The service offers free 15-minute consultations with trained Health and Wellbeing Experts who provide guidance on diet, supplements, behaviour, and overall pet care.

The centre is designed as a first step for pet owners seeking advice, with clear information that it is not a veterinary consultation and does not replace professional vet care. Visitors can book appointments in person, by email, or directly through staff at the store.

The centre sits next to a curated range of health products, giving owners convenient access to items discussed during consultations.

A focus on local community

Petstock’s managing director David Young said the Double Bay site was chosen because of the area’s strong pet culture and community involvement. He explained that the store was developed to give residents a convenient and reliable hub for veterinary care and high-quality products.

NSW manager Donny Naidoo added that the location was built with community needs in mind, ensuring pet owners have easy access to professional advice without needing to travel far.
