Winter Sprints (King’s Birthday Long Weekend)A morning chill in the air and WNW 15 kts, building throughout the morning to gusts of 22 kts. The holiday weekend, morning cool, and forecast building breeze kept a few people away, with 13 keen starters arriving at the 0800 warning signal for Winter Sprints two-lap W/L courses.Plenty of hard hiking paid dividends and some good rides downwind.
